Hey all,
I have some friends coming up who are big Italian food fans. Can anyone recommend a suitable restaurant in the sheffield area?
Cheers,
Kito's on woodseats Chesterfield Road is great, good menu , nice friendly staff, food brilliantly cooked

Vitos in Walkley is meant to be very good.

Maranello's on Ecclesall Road are brill and I have heard that Marco @ Milano's at Millhouses is fab too but a bit pricey.
Maranello's garlic bread is to die for and you can see all the food being freshly prepared and when I say freshly I mean it you even get to see them peeling and chopping the veg!

Viva Tequila at Gleadless is definately worth a try. The food is fantastic and the atmosphere is great.
its a bit out of Sheff, but Little Italy in Dronfield is very nice! :)
Vito's in Walkley's good, it's on South Road next to Jackson's.
There's also La Civetta De Roberto in Hillsborough, above the Co Op, opposite the Middlewood bound Tram stop, we had a foodie meet there back in March, and it was tops.
There's also another good one in Hillsborough, the name of which I can't remember, opposite the Rawson Spring.
I wouldn`t recommend Kito`s.
Marco @ Milano - amazing food, absolutely amazing. Pricey, but so worth it.
BBs is very good on Division Street.
Strada in Leopold Square is a chain but very nice.
la bella napoli , think thats whats is called on abbeydale road, not licensed so you have to take your own and there is a £1 corkage charge but the food is soooooo good, it is very small so i suggest you book.
