Help!
Yesterday I felt very smug, having baked two Delia recipe Christmas cakes.
Today, I've realised I've used self-raising flour instead of plain.
The texture is good- much lighter than the usual rich fruit cake, but I'm wondering whether they will "keep" as well or should I be thinking about freezing them (or eating them NOW!)
Anyone know whether the texture will affect them?
