ive had a problem with my computer last 2 days, evertime i open the internet and do a ggogle search when i click on the link another window keeps opening up and deplays nothing to do with the site i have clicked on and it just displays some advrtisement, not i have done a scan on my computer and says i have 4 traojan horse downloader . generic7. AUQN can anyone tell me what i can do to get my comp working bk to normal please :(

download & run a prog called "hijack this" (its free) save the logfile & send it to someone that knows how to interpret them (me not included) the pop ups you are on about is some form of ad/spyware & stuff like spybot etc is useless cos it lodges in ur registry , once identified by a qualified person its dead simple to get rid of ..... ask in this section who can view the log for u

trojans , stuff like avg should get rid of them

i assume that you have already tried to get rid of the infections yourself by running your anti virus programme.
