Yeah, let us males have our say. I had some make-up on for some filming I was doing one Tuesday - still can't get the bloody eye-liner off! It did look nice though, so I'm thinking of doing it more often, although the after-effects of sleeping, drunk, in make-up & hair "product" for a night weren't quite so pretty (http://www.sumption.org/lifeless/002728.html).

Lancome flextencils curving mascara. If you use an eyelash curler, you will toss it in the trash. You won't need it anymore. This stuff is the best mascara. A little pricey, but my girl and I love it. This and eyeliner is the only makeup I wear.

Lancome Juicy tubes don't clog and taste great but they are £12 so a bit of a treat.

I use "Angel" a lovely baby pink iridescent colour from Virgin Vie... It cost like £9 but its lovely and has quite a nice fragrance to it too!

I'll second Lancome's Juicy Tubes

I've never really got the hang of lip-gloss - I have long hair that tends to stick to my mouth when I'm wearing gloss, and it all just gets a bit too sticky :gag: For some reason, the problem doesn't seem to be as bad with the Juicy Tubes.... and they do taste absolutely gorgeous!

That made me laugh, thats the one problem I really DO have with Juicy Tubes. Hopefully now we're reaching summer it won't be so windy, I'm getting sick of pulling my hair away when its stuck to my face!

What is a gotten, do they sell them at spar?

Other things they sell at spar are flapjacks and eccles cakes. I love both, they are superb comfort foods.

Anybody else?

After cleansing my face in the morning (Olay Daily Facials), I put on tinted moisturizer (Cover Girl CG Smoothers SPF 15 Tinted Moisturizer in Light to Medium.) I apply lip balm and allow it to sink in.

~Then I use a yellow concealer to hide my terrible under eye circles (Physician’s Formula Concealer 10: Perfecting Concealer Duo in Yellow/Neutral Beige.) I use the natural beige to cover up any pimples and apply a layer

~ I apply a cream eye shadow in a natural color (Bon Bons Crème Eye Shadow in this shade between purple and brown, though I think the brown shade would be better.) onto my lids and in the inner corners of my eyes with my fingers.

~ Then, I curl my lashes and add a coat or two of mascara (Maybelline Sky High Curves or Maybelline Great Lash.)

~ I use a cream blush (my new love is Rimmel London Soft Cream Blush in Coral Kiss) on the apples of my cheeks and blend into the cheekbones and slightly outward with my fingers.

~ I usually leave my lips natural and carry a tube of lip balm with me (my favorite: Carmex in the EZ-ON applicator tube)
;)

:wow: If your avatar is your photo - may I diplomatically suggest that you need to pay just a little more attention around the eyes.

I would think you were joking, but you are so accurate in the detail I'm slightly worried about you! :suspect: :o :D

Can I suggest your eyes would be better served by using an alternative mascara to Maybelline Great Lash? (Which is rubbish, IMO)

I've had mascara put on my beard a couple of times when acting, and I rather like the effect it has.

Don't need any on my lashes though, many a woman has told me she would kill for eyelashes like mine :)

guys in eyeliner is really hot.

and it's not just that it looks good, the thought that they feel comfortable enough to wear it out is really sexy.

anyone agree?

Sorry AJ. No offence meant. I didn't say your eyes were unattractive. On the contrary, your eyes are quite alluring

But your photo doesn't do you justice. Maybe you should try a different product to the yellow concealer that you use to hide your terrible under eye circles? I'm not well up on these things -can anyone else advise?

I absolutely agree with you 100%

Eyeliner on the right bloke is just PHWOAR!!

Most of the guys I think are gorgeous wear/have worn eyeliner at some point in their career - Nicky Wire, Richey Manic, Jaime Harding, Johnny Marr, Peter Perrett - gorgeous one and all!

It's not a look everyone can carry off though - I think you need to have a certain 'attitude' / coolness factor for it to be successful.

I don't own much make up and hardly ever wear it. I probably look better with it on, but it makes my eyes feel funny and I always forget not to rub my eyes and it goes everywhere! Pretty sad, eh?

I will however take on board your tip about the concealer :P
