Hi guys is there some nasty kind of bug going around?I had headache nearly all last week and on thursday started with a stinker of a cold.Iam due to go in hospital monday for a operation on my foot and iam worried they may not do it due to having a cold.Anyone got any good ideas how to get rid of it quick?:(

Eat pleanty of garlic!!! Great natural deterent to every one including cold's. Then when you've actually got a cold I swear by hot water/ honey/ lemon with a good dollop of grog! To Fissed to care about feeling S*** then!
