Im trying to find somewhere to live, would really like a one bed but the ones i like seem to be pretty expensive, does anyone have any experience living in a smartpad appartmnet? are they any good?

Nothing wrong with them but becuase they are called Smartpads they are also expensive.

just think of a Smart car, then how much space they take up. Finally think of living in that space - now ask yourself if smartpads are any good! :hihi:

I live in a 'UQube' - the West One equivalent of a Smartpad. They are tiny, but tidying them up takes seconds ;)

Yea i live in West one also in a one bedroom.
Dont think its classified as a ucube tho.

i agree small but wouldnt give up the convinience and ease of living for anything :)

the ones in west one and jet centro range from £350 to £485 i think £485 is a bit steep as i could find a one bed for that
