I have to do rotas, sometimes for up to 40 staff that have completely different availability. I have to put them into around 6-8 different job roles. I have recently been doing my rotas on Excel, but it's not efficient enough, I want a programme that I can imput staff availability into, so it can basically create the rota for me if I tell it what jobs need doing. I have seen a couple by googling, but wondere if anyone used one at the moment?

An online one would be good, so the staff could update their own availability too-wishful thinking maybe!
