Two leeks
One cabbage
Four carrots
Three onions
Green beans
Two kohlrabi

I am so so bored of veggie curry and of vegetable soup.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

A fried rice dish:thumbsup:
Roasted veg on some pasta or rice? Leave out the cabbage and I'm ashamed to say I don't even know what kohlrabi is!

I would stir fry - depending on what store cupboard ingredients you have you could use a variety of things as a 'sauce'. My usual ones are sweet chilli sauce with peanut butter soy sauce and rice wine (tho I use dry sherry) mixed up and chucked in got the last few nminutes of cooking.
Or honey, mustard and soy sauce mixed up and chucked in at the end.
Saff - Kohlrabi is an extension of the cabbage family bred so that its like areally big quite tender stem. Tatstes a bit like white cabbag and brocolli stalks:

Eat the Kohlrabi raw - so yummi.
Veggie risotto
vegetable terrine made with the leek layers opened out and lining a loaf tin, then layers of peppers, onions, beans and potatoes, layered in with cheese, baked and served sliced with cabbage or kohlrabi
pancake cannelloni made with pancakes rolled up and filled with vegetables and pulses, then baked with bechamel sauce and topped with parmesan and breadcrumbs
Any of those take your fancy?

How about roasting up all the vegetables with some plain and simple herbs - then putting in a dish with sliced potatoes covering the top and a nice creamy cheesy sauce on top of the sliced potatoes (finished off with some grated nutmeg if you have any). Bake in the oven until the potatoes are cooked through and all bubbling and golden.

Wow you guys are amazing! I think I have enough for two meals so I'm going to have fried rice tonight then some sort of terrine/bake tomorrow when I have some cheese.
Thanks...I knew you'd know what to do...

Add in a tin of tomatoes and make a ratatouille.

Not really but I have been in on the odd occasion. I'll definitely call next time I'm passing.
Thanks
