hiya
can help with outsourcing.
outsourcing is where a particular of service delivery is transferred to another organisation. Many companies outsource Payrollor IT help desks for example. The main benefit for companies is that they have fixed costs as the company tenders for this work and gives fixed service levels etc. Therefore the original company doesnt have to worry about recruitment, retention, staff absence, etc

The downsides are that companies rarely have control over the company that is doing the outsourcing, as times change they dont always appropriately meet companies needs. There cen be problems of culture, actual delivery, staff commitment to the contracting organisation can be limited as they dont belong. Thats jsut a few amongst many points!
Good luck with the exam!

Being a not so oldie, but a goodie;), I have no idea what KAD is?

Is it an acronym for something; if so, what? It may be easier to do a search if we know what KAD means?

Not sure about KAD but I know CAD stands for Computer Aided Design.
