A friend is with "firefly" isp and is unable to send e mails but can receive them.
Has anyone a suggestion how this can be corrected?
She is using outlook express.
She also has Mac afee which she hasn't renewed.

I had this problem with Virgin & it turned out to be the wrong password had been entered by me.I could read my mail on Virgin but not on Outlook Express.So I should bouble check your username & password.

Sounds like it could be her SMTP server settings, tell her to check that the outgoing mail server is smtp.fireflyuk.net
