Wonder how many of you are like me. I work in IT so I really am getting paid, testing computers, while I post on the forum. Be nice to know other peoples circumstance's are yopu at work, college etc. and what room etc. they are in.........(surely not that one)

By the way, if my boss is reading this, its not me, its him over there.

I don't have access to the internet at work so all my posts are in my OWN time unlike Msbehavin who only posts when she is at work....lol!!

How does she get away with it???? :suspect:

I am at work,and shouldnt really be doing this,but,sod it.No one else can see my screen so I keep popping on for a look.

I only get on at work, i don't use messageboards in my own time, its good to break up the day talking to real people (ish) rather than just the people you work with!!!

I'm at college, and currently studying an IT course.

Most of my posting is done late at night as that is how my day works - late up in the morning (you'll notice that I never post prior to around 11am, as I am going into college), but recently, I've been quite busy with assignments.

Grump, grump, grizzle, groan! :S

I have a laptop that I've become instantly addicted to; so I carry the Forum with me whever I go.

I post at work but mainly at home when almost evryone else is asleep!

I post generally only whilst at work, gotta talk to someone - and everyone I work with seems to be strangely void of personality...

maybe it's just me!!

I can post and do my job at the same time.

IT is one of the best "industries" to be in.

IT rocks. Although on my most prolific days it's because i'm getting really bored sitting around waiting for the testers to find something wrong.
Been working on mx4j, transactions closure and performance measurement today (sounds interesting anyway), and i've had a muffin and someone's making me a cuppa, so a quite successful day I think.

I make my own tea, I like a "hands on" approach to hardware :)

we like batch processing so we take it in turns to make tea for the pod.

About the only thing that could make me happier at work would be network Doom, and time to play it, we already have a pool table, and video games consoles.

I sit at the kitchen table with my lap top, whilst also watching tv and talking to the dog :loopy:

I can go days without seeing or speaking to a 'real' person so the Sheffield Forum is a real life-saver for me. Yup, I have become mildly addicted :hihi:
