Hey, can anyone recommend a good software to download to windows, in order to edit digital photos, preferably free to download, and easy to use. Just after this for basic editing, e.g reduce red eye, edit colours, add effects, ect.

Surfed the net a bit, downloaded a few but they have been quite difficult use.
