View Full Version : R.I.P Jack. Free from pain x
My aunties greyhound Jack had to be put to sleep :(
He was 14, and it has left her devastated. Jack was a great dog and hes been a member of our family, as pets usually are. Im so upset, and am dreading the day something happens to my doggy Lassie. Shes 13 and full of beans, but I dont know what Ill do when the time comes :(

So sorry for you and your family I can feel from experience the pain you must be feeling right now. It does get better with time, but you will never forget.

Thank you all so very much, it means a lot to me to know so many people care. My auntie is having Jack cremated and his ashes are coming home later this week.
It feels strange that he isnt here anymore.:(

It breaks my heart to read about other peoples pets passing away.
HarmOKnee 01-10-2008, 00:04 So sorry to hear about Jack. I lost my dog Barney just over year ago, he was 15. I was absolutely devastated. It does get easier with time. I look at his cute little face on his photos now and smile, he knew he was loved to bits.
