It might be related to this (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2005/05/09/blair_spam_trojan_attack/), which is a bit beyond System Restore. Just to be on the safe side, don't put any important passwords, or use your credit card online 'til you sorted it.

download grisoft avg antivirus/update it and scan for viruses, also download spybot search and destroy from http://security.kolla.de/index.php?lang=en&page=news and update it, then scan.
If you have windows xp make sure the firewalls turned on, or download zone alarm.
do the windows updates too while your at it :P
