Why Tae Bo, you would probably be better off going to an Aerobics class run by a qualified instructor. Do you want to work on your fitness or are you interested in looking into the martial arts?

There is some good martial arts clubs in the Sheffield area and there is probably one right on your doorstep.

You will probably be struggling to find a good class around now as most Tae Bo and its many clones have burnt out when the novelty wore off.

Anyway hitting things is far more fun than punching air and it’s great for reliving stress. As the founder of Tae Bo was a Kickboxer maybe you should try something in that area. The other alternative is buying the video or DVD that started the craze off in the first place.
