Not sure this is in the right place but as parents or carers hopefully someone knows what is happening!

I have been trying to get through the Child Benefit Office for a few weeks now and just can't get through.
If i call it keeps telling me that the lines are busy (and believe me i have tried many times). I e-mailed them about 3 weeks ago and still haven't received even an acknowledgement.
The last time i managed to get through to them was June 08. They owe us child benefit from last January now and just wondered if they had moved to the moon since losing these records or has someone actually spoke to them recently??

I think you can get to them though tax credits now, its worth a try :)

Keep trying. You will get through eventually, only to be put on hold for 15 minutes :P Lol
