As in the title really...
Any simple software that records who (legitimately) downloaded files from your website server? IP address, I suppose....
It'll all be in your server logs, just use something like webalizer or awstats to make them a bit friendlier to read. Webalizer will show you top 30 visitors by default, you can change the config file to show as many as you like.

If you can stick a little bit of code inside a web page (or pages), you might like to use Statcounter (http://www.statcounter.com/) to give you loads of different info.

I didn't say that I actually wanted the IP address....I assumed (wrongly) that that would be the result.
