with such a low turn-out at the last election what can be done to make people vote and get involved ?

i have a few ideas the main political parties can cut the lies and spin that they like to put out and the smaller parties can come up with some more polices as they tend to concentrate on single issues and the bnp who i support would be better to kick-out all the neo nazi's in the party who are giving the party a bad reputation

You don't consider some of your views to be neo nazi then?

not really i have had dealings with proper neo nazi's and they are nothing but scum if they had there way they would get rid of everyone even their own familles they are nothing but pondlife they are all insane just like there leader adolf hitler :loopy: :loopy: :loopy: :loopy:

no i have come to the conclusion that there are good and bad in every community i for one have all the time in the world now for some ethnic's as i have met plenty of them during the last election and found some of them very friendly towards me even though i am a bnp supporter its just the economic ones i don't like and talking to some people from the ethnic communities neither do they

Politics should be taught in schools. A lot of people don't really understand how the political system works, what the parties stand for, and how politics affects them. If we were brought up with a better understanding people would be more interested and more inclined to become involved.

As explained before, due to the nightmare we had with our politics forum, our editorial policy is to redirect people to the forum above unless the story is massively topical, and even then, the number of threads should be relative to other topics...
