One of the band members went to our school, the band was active in the early eighties I think.

They did a few gigs last year, Mark Goldthorpe is still the singer, like a few of the bands from early 80's they seem to surface now and again.
One of my mate 's had a thingabout Mark Goldthorpe so we had to trapse round from gig to gig, anyone remember Angie Cosgrove? she was a hairdresser at Headline's

Yeah, I vaguely remember them. I think they feature on the 'Made in Sheffield' video with Human League et al.

I remember Artery, cos I used to work with Mick Fidler many years ago.
I also Remember Angie, she used to knock about with Ruth, and knew 'Disco John'.

Angie was in Glastonbury ( which is so Angie ) last time I spoke to her mum, Angie got married last year ( never saw that coming ), Ruth still owns Cutting Club, got 3 kids and owns Bath Hotel just off Glossop Rd with hubby Bri.

I'm sure they played in Sheffield recently, supporting Spear of Destiny.

I went to college with Mark in the middle 1990's and i was in a band with a guy called Paul Bellamy, a guitarist, who once upon a time was in a band with Mark. They got back together last year and did some concerts and apparently went down very well.

Cutting club is near The Forum, Ruth's in most days.
Bath is just off Glossop Rd, not sure if Ruth is in much as Bri is in charge.
Angie is up infrequently, but I hear stuff via her mum who keeps in touch.

So how long you been in Bali?
