Following on from Kittenka's thread about warming Autumn meals I've recently invested in a slow cooker. I've not used one before; so - are there any nice recipes out there for things to do with the slow cooker other than beef and rabbit stew?......:thumbsup:
I like doing cheap cuts of lamb in mine, browned off in a frying pan and then put in the crock pot with stock added to half way up the meat. Cooked on Low it always falls off the bone.

hi, has anyone got a any good recipes for slow cookers now the winter is here?
i have so far tried a beef stew and chicken in white wine sauce.
Please see the thread that has been going for over 2 years by the same title and post on that. Can a MOD please merge these threads?
