For my sins, I am a Tiscali subscriber and paying for a 5x service (256 kbps) already having had its free upgrade from 3x (156 kbps).
This morning I am experiencing downloads at speeds of around 2 Mb/sec. This has been confirmed by ADSL checker.

I am not looking a gift horse in the mouth but wondered if anyone else is enjoying the same freebie?:clap:

Not with Tiscali but have a 512k ADSL connection with Freedom2Surf - was running at 8mbit nearly all day once last week :)
