I,ve now seen the original dvd, final cut and directors cut on dvd. Although I was to young to see it at the cinema when it was originally released I do remember seeing it as a young lad when it was first aired on BBC1, and I seem to remember scenes in it that I haven't subsequently seen in any of the dvd,s. Can anyone else remember the first BBC airing and confirm or dismiss my claims?

You could try getting the US dvd of it i believe you might find it different again. Its on Amazon ;)
