does anyone know what they are building in the disused flats opposite the netherthorpe road tram stop?

the flats are deffo going to be demolished, if they haven't gone already. (I havent been past them for a few weeks so they may even be gone by now)

I think it's more "new-build" housing, being redeveloped on that site.
