hello folks.
not sure where to ask this question, as the "ask an expert" section seems to have disappeared? boo.
but anyways, i have a cash isa already (it's my absolute emergency fund) but am now thinking of getting a mini stocks and shares isa aswell.
i'm not a higher rate tax payer :( but will instead eventually use the protection that an isa gives against capital gains tax, as i see it very much as a long-term investment.
how many forum members have a mini stocks and shares ISA? and does anyone have any recommendations? i'm looking at Virgin's at the moment, seems quite straightforward and i've got my pension with them too (and i'm in my 20's... organised or what!?).
