We have placed our 2 bed mid-terrace house in Stocksbridge on the market with Bairstow Eves.
Due to a change in personal circumstantces, our previous SF tenants have now left after 12 happy months (wish you well guys) and the property is now on the market for £107,500, but open to sensible offers.

Stocksbridge is approximately 12 miles from the city centre, and is a lovely community with good amenities, including the sports centre with swimming pool, library, local shopping,and restaurants. We are close to good schools, and the area is surrounded by green open space/moorland for anyone interested in outdoor activities.
For commuters, there is a direct run into into the city centre, with bus links directly to the city or tram. In addition, the bypass gives links to Manchester, and we are close to the M1 for commuting to Barnsley, Rotherham, and East Sheffield.
