You have the The Ball, The Greyhound, A new Chinese takeaway opposite, The Black Bull and The Stocks.

Fighting Cock is still open, just been past (used to DJ there moons ago)

the new foody place is manor farm on nether lane,

theres also the arundel t bottom of church street on the common, then the travellers which is at the other end of the common opposite the police station

I went past the White Bear last night at 10:30 (friday night) and it was closed, so i assume its shut down.

Has been for a while I believe... Not missing much anyway :)

There is the newish place, Manor Farm where Shardlowes used to be. The food is awful but I think they have a pub quiz on a Wednesday night which is always good. Saying that - nothing is ever going to be as good as it used to be in the Square on bank holidays years ago. Now it is just a dump!
