What does the colour of your car say about you? Are you a fiery red? or a deep yellow? perhaps a sea green, or a tranqill blue, maybee a silver Moondust or a black depression, then again you could prefer a pure white, does your choice of colour give away your personallity? come on now tell us all how colours stimulate you for better or for worse.!!!

Ours is kinda blue/grey. Don't know what that means.

When we got home from buying it the missus phoned her sister to tell her we'd bought a new car. What was the first thing her sister asked? What type of car? How much? FSH? What's the fuel economy like on that? Of course not - what colour is it!

I have always liked red cars (associated with speed and aggression) I have a had a couple of red cars.

There are certain cars that only look good in a certain colour

Ferrari = Red - Why does anybody buy a Ferrari in any other colour than red?

Mercedes = Silver

BMW = Black

I suppose I buy cars now that look good in a particular colour

Ooh, contentious or what? Silver mercs are so passé.

I've had many different coloured cars but it's always the silly names they give the colours which amuses me. My last car was Diablo Red my current one Tansanite Blue. I've had British Racing Green, Powder Blue, Aztec Yellow, white, blue, lime green, yellow, red and black. If colours actually said something about your personality I'd be seriously worried.

Having said all that, the last four cars have been chosen by my wife, my only consideration being simple things like power, speed, etc.

At present metalic silver green thing.
Will be changing to a dark blue though in march when my dad says he will give me his volvo when he buys a newer one, that is if i can find a decent quote for insuring it.

But if it was up to me and I could choose it would be a two tone (like from the eightys, i had a coat with this type of lining) purple jag. Now that would be unusual! :thumbsup:

So what? Lots of others can't drive and have got their own car.

Colour of car? Mine is white, mainly because of the weather here - reflects the heat best, and helps with air conditioning.
