Well ok it seems that actually HRH owns the land directly behind my boundry wall. The thing is that this land is very overgrown and that combined with recent rain has finally toppled my wall over.
The insurance company won't caugh up as they say its wear and tear and I have no idea what to do next.
IMO its the responsiblity of the land owner to keep this area in a good state and I think they should at least pay something towards the cost of rebuilding the wall. But at the very least the area now needs clearing before I can arrange to get the builders in to put up a new wall.
I have no idea where to go next with this, any suggestions would be much appriciated.
