I teach classes suitable for absolute beginners in the city centre.
All classes are in a fully equipped gym with punch bags , gloves, pads and a full size boxing ring. We also have free weights and Cardio equipment onsite.

Classes at AFK are never overcrowded and maximum class size is limited to 18 students.
That way people can get taught better technique and mistakes are corrected early.
Our gym is , KNOX Boxing gym: 77 sidney street , near decathlon sports shop and Niche nightclub (which is all boarded up and now defunct, the nightclub not the gym :P)

Monday /Thursday @ 830pm .
All welcome
Ring 07775 914155
£5 per session.

thanks for that chefkicker.

i like the fact you have all different types of equipment to help get started & the classes are quite small, so can build up confidence easier.

so, what do i need to bring / wear? apart from myself & £5. also, how long do the lessons last?

reckon i'll be there on monday! want to really start getting fit & into shape. also learn a technique.

i got your number from the last post, so may give you a call. probalby easier.

cheers,

r.
