Hi there, has anyone got any good suggestion for a foreign restaurant to go to in Sheffield? I don't mean Indian or Chinese, which I do love btw, but for this I'm looking for something a bit different like maybe Cuban or Malaysian or something like that. Or maybe you know of a good website that has restaurant reviews and information. I want to bring out a few guests so I'm looking for something a bit exciting.

I suggest CUBANA Tapas Bar.
At: 34 Trippet Lane, Sheffield
Spanish/South American cuisine
and the best in Latin music
Sorry that I am not allowed post the weblink,
you can google it to find their webpage.

They do Happy Tapas Hour as well!!
Hope you like it!!

The food was ok for a buffet meal, but we weren't impressed overall considering the price when we went for our christmas doo last year.

Wouldn't go again, but for those who like rustic food at a price it's OK.

I had an awful experience at Zeugma a while ago, never going back! Wasabisabi on London Rd is great, especially the teppanyaki where they cook your food in front of you - especially good if you are in a group!

Hi guys, thanks for the many suggestions. I will certainly make a note of all of them and try to get to them over the next while. Thanks Cyclone, Lebanese sounds really interesting, it’s something I haven’t tried before so that sounds good and I like the sound of many of the others. Keep the suggestions coming and thanks again for you help.

If you like the idea of Middle Eastern food, Rowsha in Walkley is fantastic, as is Shiraz on Abbeydale Road - I prefer these to the one on West Street, but that might just be me!
