I'm a 37 year old female, professional from Austria looking for a double-room to rent from the end of november till the end of june 2009. (7 months)
The room should be located in the first, second or third floor (so, no ground- or attic-rooms please) and I need a place to park my car with
austrian car-sign. (therefore, I was told, I would not get a permit to park it on the road.)
The walking distance to the artstower of the University of Sheffield should be around 5 minutes!
I do scientifical work, which means, that I only would like to live together with other professionals.
Please, not more than 400,--/month for a room in a shared house incl. everything! If there is the possibility to rent a small flat for my own with an own car-parking near the artstower, this would be best.

We have 2 double rooms and a single room available in a house in Crookes that has just been refurbished over the summer. There is no problem parking on the street and we have all mod cons including washing machine, tv, dvd, video and wireless router.

The house is 124 Stannington view rd, Crookes, S101SS. THe council tax is approx £90 per month for the house, 10 months per year.
