There was a car crash last night on the juction of queens road shorham st and bramall lane. One of the cars ( big posh BMW) would have slammed into the side of the Earl but was stopped by a lamp post that is about 6 inchs away from the pub. This is the 3rd crash I've seen there in the last 6 months but all together there have been upwards of 6, one involving a police car which raised a laugh.
It seems to be one of the worst junctions in the city and the police and council don't seem to want to do anything about it.
Judging by the state of the cars last night I'm amazed that there were no serious injuries, if the lamp post wasn't there the pub would have been seriously damaged and people would have been injuried inside.
