If 'pic' meens photos, and you have Windows XP try this .. Microsoft Photo Story 3 (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digitalphotography/photostory/default.mspx)

Nero VisionExpress is a good alternative, as is Intervideo's Win DVD Creator.
