Not sure where your prefered location is but we have a lovely modern two double bed appartment in Catcliffe, Rotherham. Its located on a new build cul-de-sac and is only a 10 minute drive to Sheffield city centre and meadowhall. There is one allocated parking spot but when we lived there we had two cars and never struggled to park the second, either in a visitor spot or on the road side.

It's currently part furnished and on for £500 excluding bills but we may be able to come to an aggreement regarding furniture, bills etc if you are looking to let long term.

I've got a furnished two double bed flat in a location close to town - bordering on Nether Edge, (S7 1LW, number 6)very quiet street, house is old victorian and set well back from road in large garden. Flat is furnished, kitchen with washing machine etc, large living room and shower cubicle in bathroom. Flat will have laminate flooring throughout when its available, which is 02/10/08
On the road there is always available parking and it requires no permit (last street coming out of town...) Rent is £470 but paying seperately is of course possible so 235 each, bills are exclusive but not very high usually.

Hello, I have a room in Sheffield city centre, 10mins away from the University of Sheffield.
I just graduated from Sheffield Univ and I am moving for work, so the room will be vacated.
The room is a large double bed, in a 2bed apartment, the other tenant is a 25yrs female postgraduate.
