What is the guideline amounts of salt a 14 month should be having? We're trying to give babycamrat the same food as us now, but want to make sure we are ok with his salt levels.

:D seems to be slightly higher than ours!!

edit to add: i honestly dont know where i got that from but it was written somewhere i was reading but on further looking its a lot less salt intake than ours! .. baby brain is so bad aint in:hihi::hihi:

My sister in law used to cook her daughter the same food but in a separate casserole dish, i.e. she bought a special little one and she didn't add salt to it but did to the grown up casserole.
