My boyfriend and I, both professionals, have a single room available in the flat we rent in Broomhall. Its located approx 5mins walk to the Union, so ideal if your back and forth to Uni. Its newly refurbished so has all mod cons and is quite quiet most of the time due to both of us working! Short term let is fine with us too. Please feel free to come and have a look round.
