The house is a 3 bed terrace off Abbeydale road, the room available is the attic room, large, spacious and comfortable, two previous housemates have been very happy here but have moved on as this was only ever a staging post for them on their way to getting their own place.

the rent is £275 per month, including utilities, phone, broadband, tv.

the bathroom and downstairs dining/middle room are still undergoing some improvement by the landlord, but it isnt a problem to the habitability of the house.

Thanks to some people who have replied to this ad. I am looking really for someone who wants to stick around for longer then a few weeks or a month, I appreciate all interest but thats really a quite important criterion.
