Hi Willman, try Thornberry 01909 564399. They do have goats for rehoming. I love Goats, but Pigmys are a nightmare, they can escape from just about anywhere.:hihi:

Thanks for responses none of the above have any. Found a breeder who has 78.
Apparently they are nice curried according to the demand although he refuses to sell them for food.

Don't want to put a dampener on it - but I take it you know that you will need a Defra Holding Number for the property you're moving them to, before you move them, and if they're not already ear tagged they must be done and registered. Then you'll get regular Defra inspections. Don't want you to get the goats and then have Defra on your back.

Cheers for that - the guy we're getting them from won't release them until we get a holding number and ear tags.
We're waiting a couple of weeks due to other commitments before collecting them so it gives us some time to organise.

Hi,
I think you may already be sorted but we have two 16month old male pygmy goats for sale. Very lively and friendly. Reluctant sale we live in a listed property and have restrictions as to the height of fencing we are allowed to use so at the moment we cant keep them safely fenced in. £150 for the pair Retford, Notts

We have a smallholding in North Wiltshire of about 9 acres. We keep a few pygmy goats, sheep. pigs, donkeys, chickens and ducks!
I am sure you would prefer your goats to go somewhere more local (judging by the map you are approx 3 hours away) but if not, would you consider meeting us somewhere? Also, are you open to offers or is that you final price?
Regards

Hi,
You do seem to be quite a distance away and obviously we dont want to cause our goats any unnecessary distress. If you can leave it with me and I will talk it over with my husband this evening. Thanks for you interest I'm sure you could provide them with a perfect home.
Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for your interest, however we feel that it wouldn't be in the goats best interest to travel for over three hours and to change transport in the middle of the journey. we would prefer to find them a home closer to us. Hope you have luck finding some more.
Thanks

We might struggle to house 4 at the moment in the enclosure we have. Although it is quite large. But i will ask.
It is likely that we could rehome them to our daughters new home, but that could be a few weeks away yet.
