Young professional couple looking (ideally) for a full or part furnished small mid-terrace 2 or 3 bed house within easy travel of city centre.

We are looking to find a property to let from late September and would be happy to view late this week (weds 10th-fri 12th) if possible with a view to confirming the contract asap. Maximum budget £600pcm, and would prefer to let directly from landlord rather than via an agency. If postcode could be given for available properties that would be great, so we can look it up on the map!

We are non smokers, and have no pets or children and can provide excellent references.

Would also consider a ground floor flat as we have a lovely antique piano which can't be taken up the stairs!
