I'm looking out for a suitable property for a colleague who is hoping to move to Sheffield quite soon.

She's a dedicated young mum (30's) with two under-5 kids (one on the way) on Income Support, and is wanting either a large 2-bed flat or small-ish house that is clean and safe, with good bus routes and local amenities.

Most areas considered, references can be provided by current landlord (Housing Assoc).

It looks rough but when you are living in there you don't find it rough. I have been living there for quite sometime now and never had no problem

Ye DSS is accepted. I can let the 3 bedroom house for £500 to you instead of £550. But the 2 bedroom's rent is already reasonable at £430.
