hi i live in s5 and wanting 2 no if there is anybody growing they own veg and then selling as i would like to buy fresh veg straight from garden or farm same with fresh eggs so i hope somebody can help me

I have had this same problem for some years, I too have advertised looking for somone who perhaps has an allotement and sells fresh produce from there. Unfortunately, I have never had any luck finding anyone.
I now buy my fruit and veg from Beanies at Crookesmoor, they sell both organic and non-organic produce.
They also offer a delivery service although there is sometimes a waiting list.

I don't think you're actually allowed to sell produce from an allotment, which could be why you're having problems finding veg.

You could try growing your own - if you don't have the time/inclination for a whole allotment, I know of a scheme where you can get a small plot in an allotment, plus advice on how to go about it.

dosent the LEAF project at the allotments in s5 let you have veg if you volunteer?
