Thanks Harriet star for your feedback. I would happily accept offers below the asking price. Going to speak to the EA again today to see about how they can market it better, whether that is dropping the price or doing the 5% vendor deposit....

Now on the market at £120,000. Will only stay on the market one month (until end October) and then if not sold, will become a rental property.
