Hi,

I've been playing/singing for a long time (I'm 37) and I'm looking to get into an original band or write with someone who has some interesting pop ideas and possibly an off-the-wall approach. I am into tunes and structures; experimentalism/jamming isn't really my thing. I'm an inventive rather than technical guitarist and have a fairly broad range vocal-wise.

Here's what I'm currently enjoying (in no particular order):

Beck, Vampire Weekend, The Raconteurs, System of A Down, The Kinks, Queen, Steely Dan, The Ting Tings.

I've written a lot of songs over the years but find the best material is when I'm collaborating.
