Doing my Head in day- BBC Open centre, Shoreham Street Sheffield 10am-2.30pm, September 11th
Based around a new BBC programme called 'Losing it' exploring anger management and mental health issues BBC Radio Sheffield is holding a day of information and advice in the BBC Open centre on 11th September. Experts in mental health issues and anger management will be offering free information about stress and relaxation techniques. Plus there is also the chance to chill out with an Indian head massage.
Stephanie De la Haye from Sodit (Sheffield Survivors of Depression in Transition) will be giving a talk about stress management at 12pm.
