Hiya - I'm looking for someone to rent the second room in a West One 2 bed fifth floor apartment. Theres already a 21 yr old girl living there and now I'm looking to rent out the other double room from the 26th September for a minimum of 6 months.
The apartment has all the things you'd expect from West One - modern open plan kitchen/living area, balcony, bathroom, TV/DVD etc.
The double bedroom is furnished with a double bed and bedside drawers, wardrobe, mirror and shelves.
There isn't any parking but theres always people looking to rent out their spaces so its not a big deal to actually rent one.
Rent would be be £375 per month payable by direct debit. Extras would be the usual, electric bill, water and council tax that would be split equally. Bond would be one months rent, with monthly rent payable in arrears.
Looking for postgrad students / young professionals aged 21+ who are normal! Sociable and easygoing would be a bonus!!!
