my landlady is a little on the crazy side and i'd quite like to get out of her house. i play guitar so plz keep that in mind, there will be some reheresal (i'll try not to play at 4am tho!!) i'm 23 and i've got a final yr at uni starting in october.

i'm looking 4 somewhere in s10 / s11. a double room / attic room and ideally with a bit of space in it, and preferably not more that £230 a month.
