Does anyone keep chickens? And if so do you know of a good local supplier for feed, grain, grit, health products and that sort of business? I ordered my first lot online but I'd rather buy local if possible, especially as the weight of the feed makes delivery costs quite expensive.

Try Parklands at Aston, but they're a tad on the expensive side.
Cookes in Rotherham TC have layers and growers, corn etc.
I get mine from Hopewell feeds at Hellaby. Well priced and a good range of feeds for all pets and livestock. Also do grit, mixed corn, mealworms etc...
pm me if you get stuck and I might be able to meet you at Big W with a bag or two of whatever.

Thanks for the help. Could do with one of them selling slugs by the bucket too as the girls seems to prefer these above anything else!
