http://www.propertysnake.co.uk/site/search
shows prices down around an average of 15% in S10 area, as one example....
very useful site indeed
do a search and it shows house prices in the South East of England down by a much as 30%

HOW LOW WILL THEY GO
As has been stated many times before property snake and the like look at asking prices.
My house is worth a round 105k-110k, if i market it at 200k obviously it isnt going to sell, if i then lower the price to 100k this would be a 50% drop in asking price but not a 50% drop in value. The websites would then show i had dropped my home by 50%. It isnt all as clear cut as that.

I can't link websites.
BUT property-bee dot com is brilliant if you have firefox and log on to rightmove.
It shows all the reductions that have taken place on houses. It's much better than propertysnake.

If you take a look at the BBC site based on Land Registry values of actual sales, then prices in Sheffield have gone UP by 4.5% for detached houses and semis. Flats have gone down, but that's not surprising given the vast oversupply now.

And these figures are based on actual sales not aking prices. Land registry figures do tend to lag behind a little but they are a far better indicator than asking prices.

www.houseprices.co.uk gives the actual selling price but is a few months behind.
