HI

I have a Compaq laptop that aint working right :( I have used avast, reinstalled the drivers and defraged it. But STILL it runs very slowly. There are no conflicting programmes, or viruses etc. I don't want to pay an arm or a leg to get it fixed, so PC World is out. Can anyone reccomend a shop/person to repair my laptop??? Near S5 would be good :D

would you concider re-formatting it and installing a fresh copy of windows on it?

I have tried to put it back to factory settings but cannot find anything to let me do that!!! I have 2 other laptops and you can do this on both of them But it seems like Compaq don't want you to do this!!!
