View Full Version : Has anyone else had trouble contacting Paypal

I have recently changed my Email address and then tried unsuccessfully to change them with Paypal.

I opened a new account and told them to cancel my previous details but I still cannot use Paypal

They keep telling me my credit card is being used by another account.

I have rung them up, contacted them on the internet and I am still not able to use their service.

They have now sent me an email saying it is not too late to change my mind about cancelling my account.

No one in their organisation seems to read what I write or listens to what I am telling them.

I am fed up with dealing with automatic answers on the Ebay site and seem to be running around in circles.

I recently went through the TALK Talk auto system and finally handed the towel with them, I am now reaching the same point with Paypal.

Has anyone else had the same problem and can they give me any straight forward advice I can follow, after all changing an Email address and acknowledging the credit card is not rocket science.

Any help appreciated. PopT

Have you left it a couple of days before trying to add the new account? Presuming you mean debit or credit card...?

phone them its a lot less hassle than emailing etc
